Frozen milk

The expressed milk will need to be placed in a container to lower the expressed breast milk temperature. The milk has to be kept in the refrigerator and given to the baby within 24 hours. Also, It should not be refrozen. The milk should not be refrozen.

Even if the most sterile practices are done, there is still that risk of contamination which may harm a child with a weakened immune system or other health problems.
